GUSHER LIVE XPS* :
ORBITING HERTZ @ SODA STUDIOS

LIVE EVENT & STREAM PRODUCTION :: ART DIRECTION :: ASSET DESIGN :: 2025



Orbiting Hertz is a live audio-visual music show presented as part of GUSHER’s ongoing LIVE XP series, recorded and streamed on 12 December 2024 at Soda Studios, Johannesburg. The event was produced following the release of Bahbahroo’s debut EP, Monologue, and explored the translation of recorded material into a live, audio-reactive performance environment alongside the likes of UNCLE, Knee Deep In Custard and Reef Sithole.

The show featured a high-production, multi-camera studio setup and a real-time broadcast, combining live sound with generative, audio-responsive visuals. I designed the broadcast UI, developed the audio-visual system alongside collaborater Jordan, coordinated the livestream, and led the overall art direction for the event, with promotion and series programming handled via Gusher.
